Our Team Includes:
Spencer leads the Five Point Kitchen Solutions premier team of commercial foodservice operations experts. Under his direction, Five Point is continuously improving the experience for customers and sharing knowledge with foodservice operators.
As President, Spencer is responsible for recruiting the best talent, offering them comprehensive training and support, and providing them with the best tools to ensure the Five Point team can help our customers succeed. He oversees all client and operations activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and the highest level of quality control of our customers’ experience.
Prior to founding Five Point, Spencer gained experience of the broader foodservice industry at Carlisle Food Systems, where he continues to serve as Vice President. Spencer earned a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech. He also gained business operations experience at Overnite Transportation, UPS Freight, and Dominion Virginia Power.
In his free time, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, geeking out by expanding his knowledge of science and engineering, and being the resourceful handyman fixing anything broken (or soon-to-be broken).
David is our General Manager. David has over 20 years experience in the industry and his background is a mix of food service operations, recruiting and equipment sales. David joined the
team in April 2019 and most recently was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the premier equipment dealers in the region.
David leads our team in both the sales and tech service operations. His experience in operations means he understands how critical the right piece of equipment can be to your operation. Every decision he makes is based on three guiding principals: honesty, integrity, and consistency. His personal belief is that “good enough, isn’t.”
Director of Operations
Kandice is the Operations Director for Five Point Kitchen Solutions and joined our team on Day One when we opened for business in 2016. Kandice had many years of previous experience providing operational managerial services in the foodservice industry. Kandice oversees the day to day operations of Five Point and ensures that her fellow employees receive any assistance that is needed as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
Kandice has been in the Henny Penny family for over 6 years, bringing her expertise, dedication and attention to detail to ensure all customers receive responsive and knowledgeable service. Customers know that when they talk to Kandice, they will quickly receive the best results to meet their needs.
Kandice enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, antiquing and also enhancing her photography skills by photographing family, friends and weddings.
Five Point Sales Team
Director of Sales and Business Development
Adam joined Five Point in 2016 and leads the sales team and is a Director of Business Development. He takes great pride in being the premier distributor for Henny Penny and other high-quality foodservice equipment brands. While growing the business is important to Adam, his strongest desire is to make sure clients are achieving noticeable cost and customer service improvements with the appropriate equipment, supplies and resources. Adam is responsible for acquiring new business as well as cultivating and strengthening partnerships with distributors. He is very passionate about Five Point’s exceptional suite of tools and how they can help customers succeed.
Prior to joining the Five Point team, Adam spent over twenty years in the foodservice sales industry with some of the largest foodservice distributors in the country. His background has given him a deep understanding of the challenges that operators face with succeeding in today’s competitive marketplace.
When he is not working, Adam loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys movies, studying world history and cooking.
Customer Care Supervisor
Scott joined Five Point in 2017 and is the glue between our Sales and Operations teams as Customer Care Supervisor for Five Point. He ensures our loyal customers receive prompt, expert support from demonstration of equipment in our kitchen, to flawless order fulfillment, and on-site training and support at customer locations. Scott ensures the Five Point team has the most up to date knowledge and information for the brands we service. A native of Virginia, Scott was the Service Manager for Carlisle Food Systems before seizing the opportunity to force his poor fiancee to move to the Lone Star State.
Prior to joining the Carlisle and Five Point team, Scott served as a category analyst in the C-store industry and held several roles in restaurant operations.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys exploring parks with his two dogs, playing golf, softball, and keeping up to date with his Alma mater, Virginia Tech.
Five Point Service Team
Macenzie joined Five Point as our Service Manager in 2017. Macenzie’s excellent organization and customer service skills, along with her calm demeanor brings order to the everyday challenges of managing the service business.
Macenzie is a native of Texas.
Service Technician (North Texas)
Michael joined Five Point in 2016 and is Five Point’s most senior Service Technician bringing decades of experience in maintaining Henny Penny equipment. Prior to joining Five Point, Michael was a Service Techncian with SLE Corporation, the former Henny Penny distributor in North Texas.
Michael is a native of Arlington, Texas.
Service Technician & Trainer (North Texas)
Justin Warren joined Five Point as Service Technician in 2016, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience from the HVAC industry. Justin takes great pride in being an expert on every aspect of Henny Penny equipment and sharing his knowledge with the rest of the team.
Justin is a native of Texas.
Service Technician (San Antonio)
Danny Martinez joined Five Point in 2018 and brings a wealth of mechanical skill to our team of technicians. Based out of San Antonio, Danny serves customers from Austin through Corpus Christi and McAllen. Danny’s previous experience includes serving as jet engine mechanic on a wide variety of military and commercial aircraft.
Service Technician (Houston)
William Riley joined Five Point in 2018 and brings a wealth of mechanical skill to our team of technicians. William serves customer through the greater Houston area, Port Arthur, Galveston and everywhere in between.
JOSE PARROQUIN “JP”
Equipment and Special Projects Coordinator
JP joined Five Point in 2018 and brings real-world experience from the convenience store industry, both as a store manager and part of the facilities team for installations. JP oversees all of our equipment and customer installations.

Financial Accounts Representative
Mary Forbes joined Five Point in 2018 and serves as our first-line customer service representative. She is commonly the first person to answer the phone or email to help a customer with their order. Mary was captured and brought to Texas by her now husband, Scott Forbes.
Warehousing & Parts Specialist
Dylan joined Five Point in 2018 and serves as our warehouse manager, ensuring inventory is accurate and customer orders are fulfilled professionally and promptly. Dylan is a native of Texas.
