Henny Penny rotisseries do something no other rotisseries can do: give you that slow-roasted, self-basting rotisserie quality faster. The secret? THERMA-VEC Even Heat Process that combines cross-flow convection with radiant heat for even cooking throughout the cabinet in a lot less time.

Control browning and texture for menu variety
Nine available cook cycles per cabinet and choice of browning levels let you dial up the right color and crispness for seasoned meats, fish, and poultry. Just the kind of control you need for handling sauced and marinated items, as well as baked goods. It’s all programmable and easy.

Designed for great presentation, easy clean-up
The sights, sounds and smells of tasty rotisserie cooking stimulate the senses, which stimulate impulse purchases. Henny Penny rotisseries feature full glass doors framed with black shaded borders that let customers see more cooking and less drippings. Removable spits, rotor disks, drive tube and drip trays are made with coated surfaces for easy cleanup.
