Refund Policy

We accept returns for new, unused, normally stocked products in their original sealed packaging with all included accessories within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for a timely and safe return of the product to Five Point. We do not accept returns for products that were special ordered, built-to-order by the manufacturer in a non-stock configuration, or are not from our normal stock. Only the original buyer that purchased items directly from Five Point can request a return to Five Point. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
