FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Spencer Revenson

Bio

Spencer leads the Five Point Kitchen Solutions premier team of commercial foodservice operations experts. Under his direction, Five Point is continuously improving the experience for customers and sharing knowledge with foodservice operators.

As President, Spencer is responsible for recruiting the best talent, offering them comprehensive training and support, and providing them with the best tools to ensure the Five Point team can help our customers succeed. He oversees all client and operations activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and the highest level of quality control of our customers’ experience.

Prior to founding Five Point, Spencer gained experience of the broader foodservice industry at Carlisle Food Systems, where he continues to serve as Vice President. Spencer earned a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech. He also gained business operations experience at Overnite Transportation, UPS Freight, and Dominion Virginia Power.

In his free time, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, geeking out by expanding his knowledge of science and engineering, and being the resourceful handyman fixing anything broken (or soon-to-be broken).

VICE PRESIDENT

David Eberhardt

Bio

David is our General Manager. David has over 20 years experience in the industry and his background is a mix of food service operations, recruiting and equipment sales. David joined the team in April 2019 and most recently was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the premier equipment dealers in the region.

David leads our team in both the sales and tech service operations. His experience in operations means he understands how critical the right piece of equipment can be to your operation. Every decision he makes is based on three guiding principals: honesty, integrity, and consistency. His personal belief is that “good enough, isn’t.”

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Scott Forbes

Bio

Scott joined Five Point in 2017 and is the glue for the Operations team at Five Point. He ensures our loyal customers receive prompt, expert support from demonstration of equipment in our kitchen, to flawless order fulfillment, and on-site training and support at customer locations. Scott ensures the Five Point team has the most up to date knowledge and information for the brands we service. A native of Virginia, Scott was the Service Manager for Carlisle Food Systems before seizing the opportunity to grow his leadership in with Five Point.

Prior to joining the Carlisle and Five Point team, Scott served as a category analyst in the C-store industry and held several roles in restaurant operations.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys exploring parks with his two dogs, playing golf, softball, and keeping up to date with his Alma mater, Virginia Tech.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Erin Kane

Bio

Joining the team back in 2016, Erin is our financial connoisseur leading us towards our financial goals. Her specialties are payroll, problem solving, and creating systems that better track our financial progress. After starting as a customer relationship specialist she quickly rose through the ranks as a leader in the company.

Though born and raised in Richmond, VA she actually carries dual citizenship for both the US and Ireland. Pint of Guinness, anyone? Erin has two real passions outside of work one of which is amateur power-lifting and the other, MAGIC. She has recently combined these two into her one-woman show “The Power of Magic” which can be seen most weekends at the Elk’s Lodge in Glen Allen.

Aaron Rowbatham

Bio

Aaron OR Arow as he likes to be called, originally hails from New Orleans, LA. He moved to the Texas as young boy and grew up in Plano. After high school he moved to College Station and attended Texas A&M University. Having worked over a decade as a Best Buy installer/repair man he joined in July of 2019. When he’s not turning a wrench on Henny Penny Equipment, Arow enjoys cooking, hiking, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Alex Everline

Bio

Alex joined Five Point as a Service Technician in the spring of 2019. He comes to us from our sister company, Carlisle Food Systems, in Virginia. Alex brings with him a decade and a half of working as a cook, manager, baker, and server. He also has held many positions within our family, starting in the warehouse, becoming a service manager, and finally deciding to work as a technician. As such, he brings a unique perspective to our service team.

Alex grew up in Ohio and spent about ten years in Virginia before deciding to join us in Texas. Dead and Company, folk concerts, craft beer? Yeah, Alex enjoys life to the fullest.

Colton Puryear

Bio

Colton and his wife, originally from Virginia, moved to Florida about two years ago. Since his move, he studied Marine Mechanics at MMI in Orlando. Their four-legged kids (Bull Dog, Labrador, and a cat) keep them busy. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, photography, and anything else that can keep him outside.

Based out of San Antonio, Danny serves customers from Austin through Corpus Christi and McAllen. Dylan George

Bio

Dylan joined Five Point in 2018 as the warehouse manager and has since transitioned to our Prime Install Specialist. He ensures our equipment and customers are ready for operation.

An avid indoors-man, there’s no arts and crafts project Dylan can’t tackle. At various times of the year he might present you with one of his homemade natural soaps, beaded bracelets, pet beds or kiln fired pottery. His talent is undeniable and most of his work is for sale on Etsy.

Jesse Brubaker

Bio

Jesse Brubaker spent a few years at Carlisle before having the opportunity to help start the Five Point Florida office. Prior he worked in the biotech sector for Beckman Coulter, but the call of food became too much! It has been a fun transition and he feels the passion of the customers he works with every day. As the sales arm of Five Point Florida, he is looking forward to the progress of the team in the sunshine state.


Outside of work Jesse is wrangling his three kids and spending time with his wife Naomi. Cooking and food is a constant thread in their life, as well as involvement in their community through their church.

Joe Betts has worked on the hot and cold side of kitchen equipment with over thirteen years of experience as a service technician . He truly enjoys repairing equipment, but the best part of the job is when it is complete and seeing the smile on the customer’s face and the unit operational. He lives by the saying “nothing is hard, just new and all you need is time to learn it.” Treat people the way you want to be treated is also another saying he commonly uses. He will always do his best to take care of the customer no matter what.

JP joined Five Point in 2018 and brings real-world experience from the convenience store industry, both as a store manager and part of the facilities team.

As a competitive line dancer you can find him in Fort Worth on Friday nights doing the boot scootin boogie. In his downtime he enjoys cake decorating and spending time with his family and friends.

Kandice Jordan

Bio

Kandice is the Customer Relationship Specialist for Five Point Kitchen Solutions and joined our team on Day One when we opened for business in 2016. She has many years of customer service in the food-service industry. She oversees the Parts Department as well as assisting in the Accounts Receivable day to day operations.

Kandice has been in the Henny Penny family for over 9 years, bringing her expertise, dedication and attention to detail to ensure all customers receive responsive and knowledgeable service. Customers know that when they talk to Kandice, they will quickly receive the best results to meet their needs.

She enjoys hosting events for friends and family as well as wedding planning. Kandice especially enjoys spending time with her husband and and two kids.

Mary Forbes

Bio

Mary is a Customer Relations Specialist. She joined our team in 2018, after leaving the medical field as a nursing assistant. Her attention to detail helps her to excel in creative thinking and problem-solving while aiding Kandice in the day to day operation. After growing in her role she is front line with our customers and handles many of the accounting responsibilities. A little advice, don’t owe us money.

Mary graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 and loves to get together with the local Alumni to watch VT football games in the fall. When she is not at work she enjoys the life of a full on dog mom.

Matt Markowitz

Matt is another new face to the Five Point team having joined summer of 2019.  From a humble background as a shoe shiner in Chicago restaurants as an early teen, he reinforces our values of hard work and commitment.  Having held several management roles in the foodservice industry he brings invaluable experience to our sales force.

An avid donor to the American Heart & Lung Associations as well as subject matter expert in antique arms & armory, Matt’s passion is contagious. Spending quality family time with his wife and three children is what he enjoys most out of life.

Michael joined Five Point in 2016 and is Five Point’s most senior Service Technician bringing decades of experience in maintaining Henny Penny equipment. Prior to joining Five Point, Michael was a Service Techncian with SLE Corporation, the former Henny Penny distributor in North Texas.

Michael is a native of Arlington, Texas. Michael is the Stevie Ray Vaughn of Five Point, just ask about his guitar prowess. His passions are his amazing family and granddaughter.

Tony Miller

Bio

Tony’s career started out at GM/ Delphi Chassis back in the early 90s. He then moved on from working on the assembly line to becoming a supervisor. His career has taken a few turns and here he is at Five Point to share his vast knowledge and learn. Tony is also a veteran having served nine years in the Ohio Army National Guard.


Originally from Ohio, Tony just recently moved to the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. He enjoys spend time with his wife and taking long motorcycle rides with her discovering new places. They have eight children between the two of them and five grandchildren. They also have two four legged kids, Daisy and Groot. They absolutely love spending time as a family and going to the beach!

Victoria Valdez

Victoria C Valdez is the Service Manager for South Texas and Oklahoma area with a loving Great Dane boy named Breckenridge, Breck for short. She has a spunky personality, a love for her family, and a go-getter attitude for life. She was the Vice President for her Sorority Tri Sigma and has brought her courageous personality to the team.

Victoria joined Five Point in November of 2018 and has shown exceptional service by making a goal of accomplishing the tasks for every day and has been reaching those goals. She has 4+ years of experience with customer service and enjoys speaking with the customers. She is accomplishing the adult life day by day. Her experience here at Five Point will continue to be great and we will enjoy watching her grow as a person.

Zak Blanton

Zak joined Five Point in September of 2020 as an equipment sales representative. He brings over 16 years in restaurant operations and private event sales to our team. He values making sure that he’s putting his clients best interest at the front of any recommendations being made.
In his personal time, he enjoys spending quality time with his Wife and two boys, cooking for his family and exploring new whiskey. As a native Texan, he also spends many evenings rooting for the Stars and Mavericks.

Zeno Manuel

Bio

Zeno is the Warehouse/Facilities Manager who vital to keep Five Point running smoothly. This Air Force veteran got us in “shipping” shape once he joined the team in May of 2019. He ensures that all orders shipping and receiving are accurate and properly packed as well as keeping our facility clean, organized, and stocked. He pulls parts orders to ship around the country as well as keeping our in house orders ready.


Z has spent most of his life in Dallas,TX and has deep roots in the area. Like many of the Five Points employees, Zeno has a culinary background which he developed working in the casino’s of Las Vegas, NV. Other than spending time with his family his passions are music, gardening/landscaping, fishing, or just being on the water in general.
