    Spencer Revenson

    FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

    Spencer Revenson

    Bio

    Spencer leads the Five Point Kitchen Solutions premier team of commercial foodservice operations experts. Under his direction, Five Point is continuously improving the experience for customers and sharing knowledge with foodservice operators.

    As President, Spencer is responsible for recruiting the best talent, offering them comprehensive training and support, and providing them with the best tools to ensure the Five Point team can help our customers succeed. He oversees all client and operations activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and the highest level of quality control of our customers’ experience.

    Prior to founding Five Point, Spencer gained experience of the broader foodservice industry at Carlisle Food Systems, where he continues to serve as Vice President. Spencer earned a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech. He also gained business operations experience at Overnite Transportation, UPS Freight, and Dominion Virginia Power.

    In his free time, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, geeking out by expanding his knowledge of science and engineering, and being the resourceful handyman fixing anything broken (or soon-to-be broken).

    VICE PRESIDENT

    David Eberhardt

    Bio

    David is our General Manager. David has over 20 years experience in the industry and his background is a mix of food service operations, recruiting and equipment sales. David joined the team in April 2019 and most recently was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the premier equipment dealers in the region.

    David leads our team in both the sales and tech service operations. His experience in operations means he understands how critical the right piece of equipment can be to your operation. Every decision he makes is based on three guiding principals: honesty, integrity, and consistency. His personal belief is that “good enough, isn’t.”

    In his spare time, David restores vintage accordians for high school band programs.

    Erin Kane

    DIRECTOR OF HR/FINANCE

    Erin Kane

    Bio

    Joining the team back in 2016, Erin is our financial connoisseur leading us towards our financial goals. Her specialties are payroll, problem solving, and creating systems that better track our financial progress. After starting as a customer relationship specialist she quickly rose through the ranks as a leader in the company.

    Though born and raised in Richmond, VA she actually carries dual citizenship for both the US and Ireland. Pint of Guinness, anyone? Erin has two real passions outside of work one of which is amateur power-lifting and the other, MAGIC. She has recently combined these two into her one-woman show “The Power of Magic” which can be seen most weekends at the Elk’s Lodge in Glen Allen.

    Brian Dieringer

    Brian joined Carlisle Food Systems as a salesperson in 2010. He transitioned to Five Point in 2021 along with Carlisle. His previous work experience had been selling computer software.

    Brian oversees all aspects of the VA branch and strives to make our customers’ experiences as smooth as possible. He believes in treating everyone with respect and fairness.

    When he is not working sports and family are his passions.

    Lainey Hooker is the Branch Manager for our Texas and Oklahoma territories .With two young boys, Brendan and Jackson, her family’s love for sports keeps her busy at home. With a back ground in dispatching for the construction industry and years of experience in the service and food industry, she is ready to tackle every task at hand.

    Tony Miller

    Bio

    Tony’s career started out at GM/ Delphi Chassis back in the early 90s. He then moved on from working on the assembly line to becoming a supervisor. His career has taken a few turns and here he is at Five Point to share his vast knowledge and learn. Tony is also a veteran having served nine years in the Ohio Army National Guard.


    Originally from Ohio, Tony just recently moved to the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. He enjoys spend time with his wife and taking long motorcycle rides with her discovering new places. They have eight children between the two of them and five grandchildren. They also have two four legged kids, Daisy and Groot. They absolutely love spending time as a family and going to the beach!

    Abbey Hollis

    Abbey started with Carlisle Food Systems, prior to merging with Five Point Kitchen Solutions, two years ago. Originally from the Chattanooga Tennessee area, she has been in Richmond for 13 years. When she is not providing customer service at the Carlisle office, she spends time with her son and daughter. They love anything outdoors….concerts, camping, hiking. They also have a one year old puppy that is still learning how to “dog.” Abbey graduates with her B.A. in Communications this year and is currently doing public relations for RVA BMX, which her son is a member of. Every Sunday, you can find her and her little humans at the bike track.

    Alex Everline

    Alex joined Five Point as a Service Technician in the spring of 2019. He comes to us from our sister company, Carlisle Food Systems, in Virginia. Alex brings with him a decade and a half of working as a cook, manager, baker, and server. He also has held many positions within our family, starting in the warehouse, becoming a service manager, and finally deciding to work as a technician. As such, he brings a unique perspective to our service team.

    Alex grew up in Ohio and spent about ten years in Virginia before deciding to join us in Texas. Dead and Company, folk concerts, craft beer? Yeah, Alex enjoys life to the fullest.

    Debbie joined Carlisle Food Systems in September 1999 as a purchasing agent. Since then she has worn many hats. Currently, she is the service manager in VA. Under her leadership the service team won “Outstanding Service Department” from Henny Penny in 2019.

    In her spare time, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes and cookies for her 7 grandchildren.
    She absolutely loves spending time at her river house with her husband and family, sipping on an adult beverage watching the sunset.

    Justin Warren joined Five Point as Service Technician in 2016. Justin brings a wealth of knowledge from his past as a certified Henny Penny technician and he has since transitioned into an equipment specialist. Justin takes great pride in being an expert on every aspect of the Henny Penny equipment line from service to operations and he enjoys sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team.

    Jonathan started with Carlisle Food Systems in the warehouse overseeing shipping and deliveries. He has since branched out to a service technician role which has him putting out fryer fires all over the greater Virginia area. Jonathan moved to Five Point when Carlisle merged into the Five Pont family. In his free time he enjoys visiting Richmond breweries, grilling, and learning in his newest role of being a dad.

    Julienne just joined the Five Point Family this year. She brings several years of customer service experience having worked for a family-owned manufacturing rep company. She is elated to get to work with all of Five Point’s loyal customers. 

    She was born and raised in Florida and is currently studying at Valencia for dental hygiene. In her spare time, she loves to practice singing and photography. Julienne has two dogs, a Golden Retriever named Layla and a Shih Tzu named Steve who she loves to spoil.

    Kandice is the Customer Relationship Specialist for Five Point Kitchen Solutions and joined our team on Day One when we opened for business in 2016. She has many years of customer service in the food-service industry. She oversees the Parts Department as well as assisting in the Accounts Receivable day to day operations.

    Kandice has been in the Henny Penny family for over 9 years, bringing her expertise, dedication and attention to detail to ensure all customers receive responsive and knowledgeable service. Customers know that when they talk to Kandice, they will quickly receive the best results to meet their needs.

    Lyle Bayer

    Bio
    Lyle started with Five Point in 2017 and has “worn many hats.” He originally began his journey as a Service Manager, and later transitioned into performing startups of new equipment. From there after “learning the ropes”, he moved into a service technician role, servicing and repairing equipment. Currently, Lyle has taken over as warehouse manager, at our Va. location, overseeing equipment and supply transfers and all aspects of shipping and receiving. Lyle is passionate about people, and still performs startups currently as well.

    Lyle’s other passion is offshore big game fishing. He works part time as a first mate on a sportfishing boat, in the fabled Outer Banks, on the weekends to ensure guests aboard have the fishing trip of a lifetime!

    Mary is our Accounting Specialist. She joined our team in 2018, after leaving the medical field as a nursing assistant. Her attention to detail helps her to excel in creative thinking and problem-solving. After growing in her role she is front line with our customers and handles many of the accounting responsibilities. A little advice, don’t owe us money.

    Mary graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 and loves to get together with the local Alumni to watch VT football games in the fall. When she is not at work she enjoys the life of a full-on dog mom.

    Matt Markowitz

    Matt is another new face to the Five Point team having joined summer of 2019.  From a humble background as a shoe shiner in Chicago restaurants as an early teen, he reinforces our values of hard work and commitment.  Having held several management roles in the foodservice industry he brings invaluable experience to our sales force.

    An avid donor to the American Heart & Lung Associations as well as subject matter expert in antique arms & armory, Matt’s passion is contagious. Spending quality family time with his wife and three children is what he enjoys most out of life.

    Michael joined Five Point in 2016 and is Five Point’s most senior Service Technician bringing decades of experience in maintaining Henny Penny equipment. Prior to joining Five Point, Michael was a Service Techncian with SLE Corporation, the former Henny Penny distributor in North Texas.

    Michael is a native of Arlington, Texas. Michael is the Stevie Ray Vaughn of Five Point, just ask about his guitar prowess. His passions are his amazing family and granddaughter.

    Mitch Leistra

    Mitch started working at Carlisle Food Systems in 1991. Back then, he drove routes delivering breading, oil, and other kitchen supplies. Over the years, he has taken on numerous roles in the warehouse, the office, and in field service. Now, in the office again with Five Point , he provides technical assistance to customers and team mates alike.

    In his off hours, he enjoys photography, woodworking, and getting to the beach or the river when he can.

    Scott Forbes

    Bio

    Scott joined Five Point. He ensures our loyal customers receive prompt, expert support from demonstration of equipment in our kitchen, to flawless order fulfillment, and on-site training and support at customer locations. Scott ensures the Five Point team has the most up-to-date knowledge and information for the brands we service. A native of Virginia, Scott was the Service Manager for Carlisle Food Systems before seizing the opportunity to grow his leadership with Five Point.

    Prior to joining the Carlisle and Five Point team, Scott served as a category analyst in the C-store industry and held several roles in restaurant operations.

    In his spare time, Scott enjoys exploring parks with his two dogs, playing golf, volleyball, and keeping up to date with his Alma mater, Virginia Tech.

    Stacey moved to Florida when she was younger to the Naples area where she grew up.  Stacey has two sons that are the apple of her eye.  Stacey started working for Five Point Florida in 2021 and is the AR Specialist.  She loves talking to customers on a daily basis and has made several life long friends with a few of them.  In Stacey’s spare time she teaches Salsa dancing where she is hoping that one day she will be able to open her own Salsa dance studio and call it “Stacey School of Salsa Art”.

    Chip joined the Five Point family in late 2021.  He is currently a field service technician and has high regard for providing the utmost in customer service.  Chip hails from the Great State of Ohio where he learned everything he knows about the service technician world from his step-uncle.  As Chip’s career blossomed he decided to relocate to Florida for the sand and sun. Chip briefly dabbled in banking but decided that his life belonged to being a service technician.  If you can’t find him performing excellent repairs just look on the back roads of Central Florida where Chip can be seen riding his Harley and exploring the beautiful scenery.  Chip has a four-legged baby that is his world!  Her name is Saki.

    Bobby Scarfo

    Bobby began his career with Five Point in July of 2022 as the Warehouse/Prime Install Manager. Bobby was born and raised in Williamsport PA.  Both he and his sweetheart Donna of 12 years relocated to Florida in June of 2022 in search of warm weather, blue skies, and sandy beaches.  Bobby was previously a service technician specializing in the commercial and industrial laundry and warewashing business for over 15 years.  He enjoys most major sports leagues and is an avid fan of the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Flyers.  As a participant, you may catch him playing basketball on the local park courts or riding his mountain bike for endless miles.  Bobby is hoping to be a valuable member of the Five Point team and is looking forward to growing with the company.
