Spencer Revenson
Bio
Spencer leads the Five Point Kitchen Solutions premier team of commercial foodservice operations experts. Under his direction, Five Point is continuously improving the experience for customers and sharing knowledge with foodservice operators.
As President, Spencer is responsible for recruiting the best talent, offering them comprehensive training and support, and providing them with the best tools to ensure the Five Point team can help our customers succeed. He oversees all client and operations activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and the highest level of quality control of our customers’ experience.
Prior to founding Five Point, Spencer gained experience of the broader foodservice industry at Carlisle Food Systems. Spencer earned a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Outside of work Spencer loves working on his numerous hobbies including 3D printing, Flying Airplanes, racing cars and hanging with his wife and daughter.

David Eberhardt

Meet David Eberhardt, Vice President at Five Point and a seasoned professional with over four years of experience at the company. Before joining Five Point, David served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pasco, an equipment dealer.
David is a man of many passions, from cooking and socializing with friends, to traveling and attending concerts. He believes that people are defined by their actions rather than their words, and he lives his life by this creed.
Aside from his successful career, David is a proud parent of two children, and he is also a dog lover, with two furry rescues named Marv and Coco. David is passionate about helping others succeed, and this is reflected in his dedication to his work and his community.
When he’s not at work, David enjoys getting away from it all and visiting his family roots in New Orleans, where he spends two weeks each year. He has a fun and quirky side as well, with a fear of grasshoppers, but that hasn’t stopped him from embracing life to the fullest.
Overall, David is a well-rounded individual with a heart of gold, and Five Point is proud to have him as a valuable member of its team.

Michelle Muller
Bio
Michelle joined Five Point in 2025 as the VP of Finance, bringing a fast-paced cheetah energy to the team—seriously, she talks fast, walks fast, and eats fast (her family confirmed it).
Before Five Point, she spent five years as the CFO of Richmond Ballet, a perfect match for someone who danced from age five through college. Before that? Just a casual 18 years at PwC, mastering audits, consulting, and making sure the numbers always added up.
Outside of work, Michelle is always on the move—hiking, running, mowing the lawn (yes, for fun), and spending weekends at the soccer field cheering on her two kids. She’s also a dedicated Gelati’s ice cream enthusiast and never says no to an adventurous vacation.
Despite a full-blown 10-page proposal from her kids, Michelle has no pets (yet). If she were a pasta, she’d be cavatappi—twisty, fun, and perfect for pairing with great Italian food and even better wine.
Her drink of choice? Fountain soda all the way. Fueled by carbonation and determination, Michelle lives by one motto: Never Give Up!

Erin Kane is a director of finance and HR with a heart of gold. She’s been with Five Point for seven years and calls Indiana home. Before her time with the company, Erin honed her customer service skills in the retail industry. When she’s not working, Erin loves to explore new breweries and wineries, stay active through workouts and outdoor adventures like camping and hiking, and snuggle with her one-and-only fur baby, Ava the cat.
Erin lives by the phrase “Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another and feeling with the heart of another” and this is reflected in her passion for helping others. A fun fact about Erin is that she holds dual citizenship with Ireland, thanks to her mother who was born in Dublin. Meet Mark Burden, Five Point’s new Director of Service. With 4 months under his belt, Mark brings with him 8 years of experience from a large service company in the DFW area. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Mark at concerts, sporting events, or spending time with his family of 5 children and 2 grandkids. Mark lives by the phrase “Be Prepared. Always be first”. He’s passionate about music, art, and football, and has a large collection of music as a fun fact. Mark volunteers for the Red Cross and has 2 furry dogs at home.

Terrell recently assumed the role of Branch Manager at Five Point Florida, bringing with him a diverse background in warehouse management, retail management, hiring management, and asset protection.
Terrell’s passions lie in music production and youth sports coaching. He lives by the mantra, “Survive the testing, to receive the blessing,” embodying resilience and perseverance in all aspects of life.
A proud father of three sons, Terrell is also actively involved in volunteer work as the Vice-Chair of a non-profit youth basketball league called TeamUp.

Meet Justin Warren, the Florida Sales Manager at Five Point with 7 years of experience. Before joining the team, Justin was a residential HVAC Service Technician in Stephenville, Texas. Justin’s life outside of work revolves around his family and friends. When he’s not fishing or playing with his two-year-old son, Eli, Justin enjoys detailing his truck and taking his dogs, Toby and Hannah, for a walk. Justin is passionate about being a provider for his family and tackling hands-on and mechanical or electrical projects. He’s also a collector of sand and dirt from different states and countries, a collection he plans to expand as he grows older. Keeley—aka Krackers, Kiwi, or just Keeley (definitely not Kelly)—joined the Texas branch in 2024 as a Dispatcher for NTX and OK. She’s been bringing her kangaroo-level energy and spicy side to the team ever since.
Before Five Point, Keeley worked for a performance boat manufacturer (Eliminator Boats) and dabbled in HP service with PHT Systems in California. Clearly, she’s got a knack for keeping things moving fast and smooth.
Outside of work, Keeley lives life at full throttle—dirt biking (BRAPPP BRAPPP), boating, jet skiing, and off-roading. If it involves fresh air and adrenaline, she’s there. Her go-to motto? “It is what it is.” Because sometimes, you just roll with the punches.
Keeley’s partner-in-crime is her Australian shepherd mix, Harlee—her rock and constant sidekick. If she were a pasta, she’d be a bowtie. Why? Because it’s her favorite, plain and simple.

Outside of work, Morgan can be found indulging her passions for offshore fishing in North Carolina, attending rodeos, and exploring the great outdoors in her Jeep.
Living by the motto “Salty, windy hair don’t care,” Morgan embodies a fearless approach to life in the world of big game fishing, having started at the age of 10 and rising to compete at the highest levels.

Jasmine is one of Five Point’s amazing dispatchers! Based in the Texas branch, Jasmine has been part of the team since late 2024 and is already bringing her signature blend of elegance, energy, and enthusiasm to the role.
Her spirit animal? The white peacock – rare, graceful, and pure, much like Jasmine’s approach to life. Before joining Five Point, she kept the streets clean as a street sweeper, but now she’s all about keeping things running smoothly for our team.
Outside of work, Jasmine is a proud sports mom who loves cheering on her son at his games and spending quality time with family and friends. With four dogs, one cat, and a love for all things Red Bull (she’s tried every flavor!), she’s got no shortage of excitement in her life.

Chip joined the Five Point family in late 2021. He is currently a field service technician and has high regard for providing the utmost in customer service. Chip hails from the Great State of Ohio where he learned everything he knows about the service technician world from his step-uncle. As Chip’s career blossomed he decided to relocate to Florida for the sand and sun. Chip briefly dabbled in banking but decided that his life belonged to being a service technician. If you can’t find him performing excellent repairs just look on the back roads of Central Florida where Chip can be seen riding his Harley and exploring the beautiful scenery. Meet Luis González, the friendly face of Five Point’s service team in Florida. With two years of experience at the company and a background as a lead technician for GFS, Luis knows the ins and outs of the industry.
When he’s not on the job, Luis loves to spend time at the beach with his wife. He firmly believes in the power of doing good for others, and lives by the motto “always do good to others.” It’s no surprise that he’s a family man, with two children and four grandchildren who keep him busy and fulfilled.
In addition to his human family, Luis is a proud owner of three dogs who bring him endless joy. He’s passionate about helping others and finds great satisfaction in doing so. Meet Mitch Leistra, a 31-year veteran Technical Specialist at Five Point. Before joining the company, he spent his time delivering furniture and assembling it. Outside of work, you can find him capturing life’s moments through his lens as a photography hobbyist, crafting wooden masterpieces in his workshop, kayaking, or relaxing at the beach. He lives life by the phrase “Appreciate the little things (all of them)” and cherishes moments of stillness and peace. He takes care of several outdoor kitties by feeding them who if you come by at dinner time you might be able to spot at our Virginia office. With a passion for aviation, Mitch is an introvert who lives in an extrovert’s world, and always finds a way to make his passions take flight!

We have been lucky over the past 5 years to have Lyle in our ranks. He is currently our warehouse & facilities management and has lots of years experience in the grocery industry including the beloved Ukrops.
Outside of work Lyle likes to keep himself very busy. Often he is out fishing with his favorite captain, his daughter, Morgan. He is also a great guitarist and you can often find him playing at nursing homes in the Hanover area.

When Eric is not making sure our equipment is installed perfectly, he enjoys his two passions: cars and travel. Eric is a firm believer in “You only get one shot. Make it a good one.” He has two daughters that he is very proud of, and is passionate about spending time with his family.

Reuben isn’t just a Warehouse and Facilities Manager – he’s a vibe. Joining Five Point in 2024, he brings organization and energy to the team, all while channeling his spirit animal: the bioluminescent manta ray. (Seriously, he had a dream about it. It involved golden geometric shapes, infinite darkness, and a mysterious door. It’s a whole thing.)
Before Five Point, Reuben kept busy managing warehouses for Walmart and a roofing company, but outside of work? That’s where things get really interesting. Whether he’s spinning poi, learning life lessons from fictional characters in narrative-driven games, or getting weird on the dance floor at electronic festivals, Reuben leaves no fun unturned.
His favorite phrase is a mind-bender: “You are not IN the universe, you ARE the universe.” Deep, right? It explains a lot about his pasta shape of choice – squigglelinni – perfect for when it’s time to wiggle at Liquid Stranger shows. And while he doesn’t have pets (yet), he dreams of adopting a dog named Sonder someday.
Reuben’s current fuel of choice? Zevia’s Ginger Ale. Unique, refreshing, and totally on-brand. Welcome to the multiverse of Reuben – a warehouse manager who’s as cosmic as he is competent!

Meet Mitcheal Gibson, the multi-talented technician on Five Point’s team in Florida. Mitcheal brings a wealth of experience in commercial and industrial maintenance, fuel service, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, carpentry, and construction.
When he’s not busy tinkering and fixing things at work, Mitch loves to barbecue and spend time with his family on trips to the beach. He’s a big football fan and enjoys watching both college and NFL games. In his free time, he likes to collect vintage sports cards and comic books, as well as spending time at the firing range.
Mitch’s life motto is “if you can’t have fun, what’s the point?” He’s a father to a son and daughter and is currently in the process of buying a house with a fenced-in yard for his two cats (and future dogs!).
In addition to his love for family, football, and barbecuing, Mitcheal has a heart for volunteer work. He’s assisted with hurricane relief efforts in South Florida and Baton Rouge after Hurricanes Ivan and Katrina, respectively. He’s also helped renovate the genealogy section of his hometown public library and volunteered at a soup kitchen for the homeless when he was a teenager.
And as if he wasn’t already awesome enough, here’s a fun fact about Mitcheal: he was born on November 22nd, which also happens to be his mother’s birthday!

Before joining Five Point, Osvaldo worked in the medical device industry for 20 years, holding positions ranging from Assembler to Engineering Supervisor. His diverse background includes roles in maintenance, automation, and electromechanics.
Outside of work, Osvaldo enjoys watching Netflix, hosting barbecues, and spending time with friends. He lives by the motto, “Today is a good day to do or learn something new,” and is passionate about fast cars.
